Manager - Digital Marketing - IT (3-4 yrs)

Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies with a unique ability to understand the ongoing market scenario and customers trends using exceptional marketing skills
Job Description
- Alignment of people, process and technology to support marketing activities and improve marketing effectiveness.
- Oversee all processes supporting marketing strategy and tactics.
- Responsible for planning, executing, budgeting and reporting of marketing activities involved from RFI to conversion.
- Work with sales team, pre sales and accounts to execute strategies and design impactful marketing tactics.
- Exposure of working on online brand promotion campaigns using Social Networking & other platforms
- Create assets by working closely with SME's Online
- Skilled in managing different advertising campaigns on different social media platforms
- Proficient in organizing promotional & events (national as well as international) for launch & promotion of the products with in-shop visual strategies
- Build digital media strategy for client and its various verticals and services for outreach and lead generation - This includes developing media planning and driving social media promotions.
- Manage and work cohesively with vendor teams to execute operations
- Manage core aspects of campaigns - Media plan (budgeting), ROI strategy, awareness building, cross-promotional activities & web merchandising opportunities
- Interact with sales and marketing teams to understand business objectives, align goals and outcomes as per business requirement
- Manage content, design and technical teams to develop assets and web pages and promote through online and offline mediums
- Develop email campaigns, display campaigns through varied channels, PPC activities and strengthen page rankings through SEO activities
- Drive social media presence on Twitter, Linkedin, Facebook and YouTube primarily and also drive engagement through other social activities
- Monitor and report data- Provide data analytics, observations and recommendations to management on regular basis
- Provide web analytics dashboards to the leadership. Analyze the KPI's and provide insights and recommendation
- Collaborate and work with Marketing, Analyst relations, PR and Sales, to strategically time and disseminate content.
Education & Experience:
- 3-4 years relevant work experience in Digital Marketing, offline marketing Public Relations and Corporate Communication.
- Preference given to Post Graduates
Required Skills:
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Confident, Smart and ability to interact with customers/ team.
