Manager - Digital Marketing - Internet/Online (3-13 yrs)
Digital Marketing :
- Create and manage end-to-end digital promotions/campaigns at different platform (web & mobile) - social media, SEO, SEM, Google adwords, display ads, re- marketing & other industry related portals & e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure smooth implementation and execution of campaigns by coordinating with publishers, creative and media agencies and internal teams
- Negotiate, purchase and maintain online media insertions for account securing competitive rates and appropriate added value.
- Manage direct marketing activities - SMS, voice calls & mailer campaigns
- Provide concise, timely & accurate reporting, including post-buys, positioning and online tracking reports
- Lead funnel tracking in coordination with call centre & sales team, Analysis of sales trends & overcoming gaps
- Compute ROI of online media activity and draw recommendations to optimize paid media campaign results to ensure lowest cost of acquisition.
- Generating online behavioral insights & turning them into action plans to improve customer engagement.
- Ensure profitability by improving key product metrics like Expense ratio, Loss ratio, Combined ratio.
- Competitive Analysis by tracking competition activities periodically
- LMS developments, MIS & data management
- Digital campaign management to cross-sell/up-sell & increase revenue of online channel.
