Manager - Digital Marketing - HR Tech Solutions (5-7 yrs)
Role & Responsibilities :
- Take care of GBL's digital marketing initiatives who can work with portfolio brands to implement & optimise the digital marketing.
- Supporting performance marketing activity across additional channels such as Paid Search and working closely with any partner agencies to implement, optimise and report on performance
- Develop test and learn initiatives across paid social
- Work closely with the wider marketing team to optimise audience strategies
Ideal Candidate :
- 5-7 years of experience working in a high growth startup environment or a digital marketing agency, managing annual budget of 12 cr & above
- Very strong in quantitative & communication skills
- Skills in search platforms including Google AdWords
- Execution experience of 2 years at least in social media advertising across major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
- Analytics understanding (Google Analytics, Firebase)
- Should have used attribution tools like AppsFlyer, Branch Metrics
- Experience in implementation of SEO & ASO strategies
- Understanding of web design principles
