Manager - Digital Marketing - HR Startup (5-15 yrs)
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, social media, and display advertising campaigns
- Designing; build and executing campaigns on Facebook, Google, Twitter, and affiliate channels as per plan
- Optimize install campaigns to improve cost per install, installation rates, post install performance.
- Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Supporting performance marketing activity across additional channels such as Paid Search and working closely with any partner agencies to implement, optimise and report on performance.
- Work with Digital Marketing to ensure messaging across all channels is consistent and aligned.
- Work closely with the wider marketing team to optimise audience strategies.
- Ensure budget is spent across performance channels efficiently.
- Track and report on key performance indicators of media activity.
- Optimise install campaigns to improve cost per install, installation rates, post install performance.
- Manage all the programmatic campaigns - from ideation to media planning and optimization.
- Measure App engagement metrics like MAU, DAU, Converting users on a regular basis.
- Hands on experience of using analytics tools like Clevertap, Appsflyer, branch and Adobe Analytics
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Design customer lifecycle from acquisition to handholding to retention, with intervention to grow transacting customer and revenue
