- Own and execute performance marketing
- Report, recommend and iterate on campaigns to drive increased ROI
- Plan, Execute, Manage & Optimize SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, PPC, E-mail marketing campaigns
- Creating Social Media Marketing strategies to create a brand name in Social Media and raise awareness
- Coming out with Innovative & unconventional marketing techniques with core metric of customer growth
- Generating leads and efficiently keeping in regular contact with existing prospects
- Ability to generate lead via LinkedIn, Website & other unconventional online approaches
- Working closely with senior decision makers within agencies and media owners (MDs and CEOs)
- Understanding and keeping up-to-date with constant developments in the communications industry and agency market.
- Identifying areas for expansion and development.
- Create monthly/annual forecasts on revenue/target management and end of month reports on revenue and market performance
- Delivering against these targets to ensure revenue expectations are met
- Providing valuable insights and feedback on creative concepts with respect to your clients.
- Maximising networking opportunities and regularly using conferences, events and trade shows to increase awareness and develop a further network of contacts.
- Knowledge on the use of automation tools like A/B Testing tools (like Optimizely), Landing Page tools (like Unbounce ), Growth hacking tools (LinkedIn helper, Hunter etc..)
