Manager - Digital Marketing - Gaming Industry (6-15 yrs)
JOB DEFINITION :
The Digital Manager will be at the heart of driving all digital marketing activity across the company. This role expects him to create retention strategies and follow targets to achieve optimize the ARPU, spends, and LTV of the user. With a strong focus on the key business metrics including revenue, profit, demand, traffic, site conversion, retention, and engagement, you will lead the growth of the digital business to deliver a growing profit stream and expand the consumer's positive experience with the Brand.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
DIGITAL MARKETING :
- Develop and improve upon existing marketing strategies i.e. Retention strategies.
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate product offerings, brand awareness, and competition.
- Help position product offerings & create a relevant integrated marketing mix.
- Create new or develop existing retention campaigns & programs to identify areas of player base improvement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to create new campaigns for existing products, develop offers, optimize campaigns.
- Evaluate player experience and assist enhance the same.
- Project month on month targets and work with the team to achieve them.
- Work closely with in-house or external agencies to assist with product campaign marketing.
- Develop innovative brand campaign online in line with business objectives and strategies
- Create marketing campaigns from planning to execution for all digital platforms.
- Work closely with the Social Media team to expand the product marketing promotion
- Behave as a brand champion, ensuring brand equity and guidelines are upheld in all communications
- Develop strategies to further penetrate the market of real money gaming.
- Keep a close check on competitor promotions and offering and strategize plan accordingly.
JOB DESCRIPTION - SR MANAGER
- Maintain and drive ROI for all direct and indirect spending.
- Will also be a part of Planning and managing marketing spending budget
MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS :
- Strategic thinking and analytic skills to understand business and develop plans
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly and enjoy a fast-paced environment
- Strong business sense market knowledge
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION :
- Academic: University Graduate (BCOM, BE, B-tech, BMS, BBA, BMM), MBA, PGDM
- Experience: 6 - 8 years
- 3-5 years in digital agencies or network experience with integrated media and marketing platforms.
- Demonstrated experience with implementing digital marketing initiatives that will scale to support the requirements of a growing organization. The gaming experience will be an advantage.
- Deep understanding of the digital environment and evolving tools and platforms used to improve online presence with excellent working knowledge of social media outreach strategies. Able to translate trends into business opportunities.
