Manager - Digital Marketing - FoodTech/Hospitality (4-6 yrs)
Purpose:
Responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for an entire organization in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
Responsibilities:
1. Monitoring activity on the social media pages by ensuring posting happens on the page and there is effective back end promotion(paid) recurring at regular intervals.
2. Submit ideas for experimental marketing programs designed to enhance and grow the Kitchens@ brand.
3. Design marketing collaterals for the brand for new campaigns and other activities.
4. Coordinate with growth team to get a list of laggard brands and designing an online/offline marketing campaign.
5. Evaluate current marketing program and recommend improvements.
6. Recommend creative and cost-effective promotional activities.
7. Develop marketing plan and budget.
8. Analyze sales data and determine sales forecast.
9. Keeping a close eye on the reviews on the aggregator page (Zomato) and setting a cadence to reply effectively to all the reviews of the brand(s). Maintaining a report on the ratings and reviews for the brands and highlighting dips in any of the brand ratings.
10. Configuring Home Delivery discounts on Zomato as and when needed by the brands with Kitchens@.
11. Processing food images on the server for multiple use - Monitoring the process.
12. Ensuring collaterals like - Lollipop Board, Take Away Menu, TV Displays and LED Displays are deployed at the hub before a brand launch.
13. Procuring BTL Collaterals like Pamphlets, Standees etc. to be obtained from external printing parties.
14. Being a touchpoint to rectify image availability and visibility on online aggregator pages.
15. Creating collaterals for hubs - Discount and GST Stickers.
16. Managing a team of designers who can help design creative content for marketing activities, visibility, and promotions on social media.
Qualifications:
1. Any Bachelors or master's degree, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, or relevant field.
2. Min. 4-6 years of experience in Marketing or advertising or a relevant role. (Preferably from food tech industry or hospitality industry)
3. Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills.
5. Advanced MS Office skills.
6. Strong communication and organizational skills
