Manager - Digital Marketing - FMCG/eCommerce/Media (3-6 yrs)
Responsibility :
- Strategize user & partner acquisition marketing plan, product branding roadmap Co-responsible for overall marketing KPIs and targets (DAU, MAU, User Acquisition, retention)
- Approach and make partnership with existing Hindi/Bengali/Telugu/Marathi/Tamil video content publishers on Youtube/Facebook/Instagram and etc
- Explore and make partnership with new publishers, define and contract the cooperation
- Embedded with affiliate marketing networks, negotiation, and management of online media campaigns of Mobile Advertising(CPI, CPR, CPV, CPS, CPC, CPM)
- Track and analyze data to identify problems/trends and finding scalable solutions/ opportunities
- Coordinating with product, operation teams for language-specific operations
Skills :
- Minimum 3 year experience in digital marketing, preferably in FMCG, Media or eCommerce
- Having an engineering degree will be an added advantage
- Exceptional leader with strong track record of fostering high-performance teams
- Ability to communicate powerfully and proficiently. Excellent presentation skills & proficient at Excel / GA / Comscore data
- Team player who can influence other departments and regions where there are mutual dependencies
