Manager - Digital Marketing - FMCG (7-8 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and overseeing all aspects of our digital marketing including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
- Creating Social Media Marketing strategies to create a brand name in Social Media and raise awareness
- Preparing accurate reports on our marketing campaign's overall performance.
- Coordinating with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
- Improving the user experience on the company's website(Includes design, content and usability)
- Driving the sales performance of the e-commerce platforms and other digital sales channels
- Evaluating competitor's marketing strategies and creating plans to overtake them
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or relevant field.
- A minimum of 7 to 8 years- experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
