Job Description

Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing Digital Marketing Campaigns across Social and Google to enhance our brand presence, drive traffic, and increase customer engagement across various digital channels. You will work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to design and implement effective campaigns that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Campaign Development: Plan, create, and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn for both India and International markets

- SEM Strategy: Lead SEM initiatives to improve organic search rankings, and manage campaigns to drive paid traffic and conversions.

- Work on building creatives that are channel appropriate with the Brand team for the requisite collection

- Social Media Management: Manage and grow company's presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance analysis.

- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) for all digital marketing campaigns.

- Provide regular reports on campaign performance, audience insights, and ROI to stakeholders.

- Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget, optimizing spending to maximize results and meet growth targets.

Qualifications and Skills :

- 4+ years of hands-on experience, in a fashion category.

- Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.

- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.

- Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and CRM systems.

- Strong copywriting and communication skills for creating engaging digital content.

- Knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.).
