Manager - Digital Marketing - Export/Import (5-15 yrs)
Role Definition :
- A marketing manager is a creative thinker and a young achiever who can develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
Responsibility Deliverable :
- Lead Generation through various marketing initiatives and strategies
- Be instrumental in brand building exercise, increasing overall brand awareness across industry segments
- Develop business knowledge and management skills to grow into Brand Manager

- Lead Generation
- Deft Understanding of market potential and internal competencies.
- Design new online strategies that are aligned to overall business objectives.
- Execute digital campaigns that generate required business leads, aligned to revenue goals
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
- Understand potential new business opportunities with in the space that help organization build new brands
- Plan and execute successful email marketing campaigns
- Design and produce marketing content, to be used for all campaigns
- Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, and production departments.
- Developing and managing the marketing department's budget.
- Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
- Brand building and Brand Awareness
- Design marketing plans that help in Increasing brand awareness and market share.
- Constantly network with mainline advertising agencies that build new onboarding opportunities for the company
- Develop and implement a commendable content marketing strategy
- Manage organizational digital assets like websites, social handles etc.
- Managing digital marketing partners and ensuring a goal driven approach with them
- Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
- Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.
- Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends.
- Manage content management partners and build engaging content for digital consumption
- Develop business knowledge and management skills to grow into Brand Manager
- Understand the business and identify new business opportunities that can be converted into individual brands/service lines. Upon achieving annual results the incumbent shall be groomed to grow into a Brand Manager.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar.
- A master's degree in a relevant field will be advantageous.
- At least five years experience as a marketing manager.
- Strong B2B Networking skills
- Proficiency in managing growth and generating leads on platforms like LinkedIN and other social media platforms
- Strong B2B liaising experience.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, sales & marketing tools like Lusha, Hubspot etc.
- Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
- Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
