Manager - Digital Marketing - EduTech (5-10 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and implement digital strategy (paid+organic) including SEO, search, display, social media, email marketing
- Adapt brand messaging for digital channels, i.e. perform keyword research, write adaptive copies for ads, social media posts, and content for landing pages, and emails.
- Create landing pages and integrate with website and paid marketing tools. Conduct A/B tests in ads to understand contributing factors that drive the business forward.
- Execute monthly and quarterly marketing campaigns as per budgets on Search engines, Display Network, Social media- Facebook, Youtube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital channels
- Integrate and operate tools and softwares to track spends and performance- of the likes of Google Analytics, Tercept, Funnel.io, Hubspot etc.
- Analyse performance data and optimise channels and campaigns for cost and performance to ensure they are generating high quality relevant leads within the target CAC- end-to-end funnel optimisation from traffic to conversion.
- Manage day to day execution with or without agencies drive campaign at scale. Monitor and quality control agency performance, provide feedback, and course correct in a hands-on manner.
- Communicate with all internal and external stakeholder on a regular basis to report on campaigns and overall health and provide recommendations to enhance performance
- Stay informed with the industry best practices, new trends and technologies, and platform updates (e.g. AdWords, Bing, etc.)
- Traffic ad campaigns and builds on ad serving platforms to recommend and incorporate effective/ high ROI digital plans.
