Manager - Digital Marketing - Education (3-7 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and create marketing calendar based on the marketing objectives.
- Identify key target audiences and create monthly marketing campaigns for these segments with customized value propositions.
- Work with the performance marketing, social media, communities, and design team to operationalize and run these marketing campaigns end to end.
- Work with cross-functional teams like product, operations, and support to drive these marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with the product marketing team to identify and launch marketing strategies for their respective product lines.
- Work with external agencies (Creative, media planning, etc.) to drive online and offline campaigns across media channels as per the timelines and schedules.
- Strive for analytical excellence by measuring & adapting creatives based on performance of the marketing campaigns (ROI, no. of enrollments, re-activations, etc.).
- Seek feedback and inputs on marketing campaigns from other teams and identify opportunities to create more engaging campaigns.
Requirements:
- At least 3+ years of experience in managing marketing campaigns for a consumer brand with a rich portfolio of previously successful campaigns.
- Good understanding & experience of working on digital channels (SEM, Display, Social, etc.).
- Experience of working with agencies and cross-functional teams to project manage campaigns.
- Should understand basics of segmentation and customer life-cycle management.
- Strong ability to understand consumer behavior and identifying triggers and barriers in the purchase process.
- Willing to experiment fast and change paths as needed.
- Good analytical skills and an inquisitive nature.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to work independently in extremely fast paced, team environment; entrepreneurial mindset.
