1. To have relevant experience in Digital marketing communication, designing & execution i.e. delivering multifaceted, digitally driven campaigns from strategy to execution
2. Develop digital marketing plan in line with the overall marketing plan and objectives with the Marketing head
3. Experience in website management / basic, HTML / content management
4. Maintaining and up-date of website with relevant up-to-date data and support with copywriting that will make an impact, enhance the brand and online traffic.
5. Experience in customer relationship management (CRM), email & SMS management systems
6. Execution of Social Media Marketing with quality content on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
7. Strong knowledge & execution of Search Engine Optimization / Search Engine Advertising on a Continuous basis
8. Fluent in Google Analytics software
9. Brief online / digital / web agencies / suppliers /vendors to develop / implement the plan and to create innovative digital campaigns to meet marketing goals
10. Responsible for Digital Media Buying to ensure optimum reach at low costs
11. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
