Manager - Digital Marketing - eCommerce (5-10 yrs)
Job Description:
Major Deliverables:
- Lead the digital marketing efforts for ecommerce brand - formulate & lead digital communication with a specific focus on performance & growth campaigns.
- Study target audiences to glean insights, understand trends, and identify opportunities Develop strategies and tactics to establish mas as a leading brand for lingerie and intimate wear to the digital audience
- Handle the brand ecommerce website - responsible for generating sales & revenue and delivering on sales & conversion KPIs. (Sessions, Orders, ROAS, CPA, Conversion etc)
- Via formulation & execution of monthly media plans including FB/ Insta/ Google / Email/ Affiliates/ OTT etc.
- Liaise with the digital agency to handle on-going SEO efforts & Website tech related deliverables.
- Liaise with CRM agency to formulate & execute monthly campaigns and analytics.
- Drive site improvements and new features to completion by coordinating with project managers, web developers, designers, marketers, and other merchandisers.
- Supervise & execute monthly AMS plans for amazon & sale days participation with other major e-com partners.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Develop optimum media plan across these platforms focusing on new customer acquisition (The portfolio includes PPC, Display advertising, Retargeting, Google ads etc)
- Build and analyse key metrics for efficiency and effectiveness of campaigns
- Supervise AMS campaigns & metrics on a daily basis.
- Manage daily optimisation and ensure proper functioning of the website in liaison with the agency and e-com team representative.
- Work in close liaison with digital agency for negotiating best media rates.
- Passionate about driving sales & scaling up own e-com channel - to be demonstrated in past work experience.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's / MBA degree in Marketing, business or other relevant field of study.
- 5+ years of experience, in online marketing / digital marketing.
- Experience in making data-driven decisions, developing customer insights from data and create communication strategies incorporating them. Ability to use hard data and metrics to back up feature and customer segmentation recommendations.
- Should be extremely comfortable to work with AdWords, FB ads, SEO, GA.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task, dynamically prioritize work and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in product, tech and finance, managing third party agencies.
- Good communication skills, written and oral, with the ability to make presentations to the team.
