Manager - Digital Marketing - eCommerce (5-10 yrs)
We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to join our team
Role & Responsibilities :
- Drive Customer Acquisition, Conversion and Retention through Paid as well as Organic Channels
- Plan and Execute Digital Marketing strategy to meet key Marketing objectives of Acquisition and Conversion across Search (both organic and paid), Social Media, Inbound, Affiliate, and Email Marketing.
- Organize and execute all digital marketing campaigns, web improvements, landing page launches, etc.
- Organize content to build and grow traffic across web and mobile
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns as well as channels and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests for various campaigns and channels
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Optimize user funnels constantly
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Optimize website and social media channels for SEO as well as usability
- Develop, evaluate and oversee the implementation of A/B testing protocols and procedures
Desired Experience and Skills :
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing in a B2C Ecommerce or Consumer Internet Setup
- Must be an expert in Affiliate, Email and Inbound Marketing
- Should have in-depth understanding and hands on experience of SEM and Social Media Marketing
- Should have handled sizable SEM/SMM campaigns
- Should have an in-depth knowledge of the digital (web & mobile) advertising ecosystem in terms of publishers, ad networks and programmatic channels
- Should have complete hands-on experience of web analytics tools like Google Analytics and mobile analytics tools
- Process and Data driven individual with good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
