Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive sales,enhance brand awareness, and expand market reach. The role involves market research, product positioning, customer engagement, and collaboration with the sales team to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to promote specialty chemicals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Drive lead generation through digital marketing, exhibitions, and networking.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop pricing strategies and promotional offers.
- Manage online presence, including website updates, social media, and email marketing.
- Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and case studies.
- Coordinate participation in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company branding guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or Chemical Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the specialty chemicals industry.
- Strong understanding of chemical markets, customer segments, and applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and industry events.
Salary: Up to 6,60,000 P.A
