Manager - Digital Marketing - Advertising Firm (4-6 yrs)
Role: Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Noida, Sector 59
- 6+ years- experience managing the complete suite of Digital Marketing in a B2B technology company (Social Media, Search Engine Optimization, Social Listening, Email Marketing, Influencer Marketing, PPC, Display, Mobile etc)
- An understanding of how Digital integrates with the overall Marketing strategy and helps with Brand Identity, Engagement all the way to Lead Generation
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management and Social Listening
- Conceptualize and execute social media campaigns aligned with the Brand positioning, that resonates with audiences
- Maintain Social Media calendar with fresh ideas and best practices to manage Brand Identity and improve Brand Perception digitally
- Hands-on experience on Content Creation and conversion of content into digital formats like Videos, Infographics etc with the help of Creative team
- Understanding of social media listening techniques and tools, ORM experience will be key
- Needs to give inputs on Content topics, Influencers etc basis current trends and competition analysis
Search Engine Optimization - Fully up to speed with On Page & Off page optimization techniques with the complete hands-on capability to strategize as well as execute on the plan
- Understanding of Google Analytics and other tools for website traffic management
- Needs to plan and improve page views, traffic by studying the data of visitors.
- Identify and work on sources of traffic - to ensure a consistent healthy flow of organic traffic and social referrals
- Familiarity with Wordpress will be an added advantage.
Agency Management
- Should have managed Digital Marketing agencies in the past, should have experience in day-today tracking of metrics, using the data to improve/alter campaigns, use current trends and best practices to continuously enhance performance
Email Marketing - Should have an understanding of lead nurturing campaigns run on email automation tools like Growbots or Netcore or MailChimp etc
Education - Graduate/MBA
Requirements :
- Comfortable working both at the strategic level and diving deep into implementation as needed (managing day to day campaigns, analyzing data, using insights to optimize campaigns).
- Ability to operate in ambiguity independently and be an effective problem-solver
- A blend of experience in Digital, Analytical Skills to use data to alter/improve campaign outcomes and Content Writing skills with awareness of Digital formats
- Have the technology appetite to understand how enterprise platforms and technology stacks work
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
