Manager - Digital Marketing - Advertising Business (5-10 yrs)
Role: Digital Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities :
- Own: the end-to-end including tactical and creative strategies that are scalable and produce profitable ROI across all paid and organic digital marketing channels.
- Own the budget forecasted and actual metrics and KPIs -- from impression to conversion.
- Own market intelligence and competitive landscape.
- Execute: campaign strategies across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and Google improving their relevance and effectiveness for our target audience.
- Digital marketing strategies to drive relevant traffic to website and drive inbound enquiries and conversions. Execute all digital marketing components from email marketing, SEO, SMM, SEM and ensure better user experience on the website through responsive design and engaging content to drive, engage and convert visitors. Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
- Measure: every campaign across all marketing channels. Analyze data from multiple sources to uncover new opportunities for growth and optimize campaign strategy.
- Drive changes to our sales and marketing processes based on what you learn.
Skills Required :
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends).
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot and Google Analytics.
- End-to-end understanding of the advertising process, campaign set up, tracking, optimization, and attribution.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords, LinkedIn, YouTube and Facebook campaigns along with the knowhow of how to leverage Instagram, Reddit, and other platforms to engage relevant audiences.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
- Strong quantitative skills and the ability to analyse data and make data driven decisions. Proficiency in Excel: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.
- Understanding and experience using 1st and 3rd party data to drive performance.
- The ability to identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Outrageously strong reporting and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to perform at an aggressive velocity with experimental mentality.
Qualifications & Experience :
- Bachelor's or master's degree with concentration in digital marketing.
- 5+ years in a performance marketing role with experience in managing acquisitions based paid digital marketing platforms.
