Manager - Digital Marketing - Adverting Firm (2-5 yrs)
PLANNING & EXECUTION :
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM/PPC, SMS, marketing database, email, social media, Whatsapp & other messaging apps, and display advertising campaigns
- Design, build and maintain our and our client's social media presence.
- Create funnels, drive traffic to websites & SMM, while optimising UX.
- Create and manage link building strategies, content marketing strategies.
- Develop engaging online content including clickbait, forums, videos, graphics, and blogs; monitor and analyse content success.
ANALYTICS :
Evaluate - Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Test - Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
Measure - Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Optimisation - Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
MANAGEMENT :
Stakeholders - Maintain strong and positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Vendors - Contact, interview, and hire third party graphic designers, web designers, and videographers to create unique and engaging content.
Audience - Handle all audience interactions, including -- comments, live-chat etc.
New Trends - Keep updated and present new social media sites, web technologies, marketing platforms, and digital marketing trends.
Requirements :
- Years of Relevant Experience- 3+ Years of hands-on Digital Marketing experience for the company in-house and/ or as a consultant for external clients.
Education & Work experience :
- We prioritise skills over degrees but Bachelors/ Masters Degree/ Diploma/ Certification in Digital Marketing, Marketing & Advertising, Computer Science/ Applications, or other relevant fields.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
Create - eye-catching- visuals, graphics, and written contents to attract more viewers.

- Content Management Systems, SMM Tools
- Microsoft Office
- Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram for Business, Linkedin Marketing etc.)
- Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) is a bonus.
