Job Description for Digital Marketing Manager


Roles & Responsibilities :


- Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy


- Manage the strategy and development of e-marketing content and exploration of sales channels


- Develop strategies that drive customers to the product website


- Improve the design, UX, traffic, and content of the website


- Create paid campaigns on social media platforms


- Manage the content that the business posts to social media


- Maintain consistent brand messaging throughout all platforms


- Use advanced metrics to measure the success of a marketing campaign


- Keep up to date on the latest social media trends


- Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices


- Measure ROI and KPIs


- Suggest activities for improving the quality of online content


- Track and measure SEO and Google Analytics metrics and provide reports


- Build an inbound marketing plan


- Research and forecast future sales and performance trends


- Create email blast campaigns to target key customers


- Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvement


- Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices


Requirements :


- Bachelor's degree in marketing or business


- Great problem solving skills


- Proficient in photo and video editing software such as Adobe


- Deep knowledge of web design principles


- Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel and Word.


- Ability to identify long term trends in data


- Great communication skills


- Experience working with a content management system


- Strong project management skills


- Experience : 8 to 12 years


- Job Location : Wadala, Mumbai


- Work timings : Male: 3 pm to 12 Midnight


- Female : 1 pm to 10 pm


- Work from office : Monday to Friday (Sat and Sun off)
