Manager - Digital Marketing (7-10 yrs)
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing strategies, campaign management, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy : Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, engagement, leads, and conversions.
Campaign Management : Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
Content Strategy : Develop content strategies aligned with marketing goals, oversee content creation, and ensure SEO optimization.
Social Media Management : Manage and optimize social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Analytics and Reporting : Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), and provide insights for improvement.
Budget Management : Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation across channels and campaigns.
Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
Market Research : Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
- Experience in managing SEO/SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media advertising campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM software, and other relevant digital marketing tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
