Manager - Digital Marketing (7-10 yrs)
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize digital marketing campaigns for multiple brands, products and services across all digital channels. The person will be in charge of building a team of professionals and orchestrate the planning, execution and managing digital marketing campaigns. Duties also include analysing metrics and identifying trends.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including social media, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email and display advertising campaigns
- Coaching, motivating, delegating tasks, and monitoring the performance of the team members
- Delegate appropriate tasks to the team members, ensure the completion of work as per the schedule and review the output for quality & completeness
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that help to achieve corporate marketing goals
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Evaluate emerging technologies and align the digital marketing strategy accordingly
- Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Develop monthly and quarterly status reports to the management
Qualification & Experience :
- Educational qualification: Bachelors or Masters in marketing or related field
- Minimum 7 years of work experience in Digital Marketing field with at least 2+ years of experience in managing a team of 5+ members
Mandatory Skills:
- Demonstrable experience planning, leading and managing social media, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email and display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in developing social media strategies and identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience in setting up paid ads on social platforms resulting in successful conversions
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends)
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Strong analytical data-driven thinking, exceptional multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
Desired Skills :
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
