Manager - Digital Marketing (6-8 yrs)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager with over 8 years of experience to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. You will work closely with internal teams, agency partners, and other stakeholders to ensure our digital presence aligns with business goals, enhances brand awareness, and drives customer engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness.

Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media advertising, display advertising, and content marketing.

Content Creation & Management: Oversee the creation of engaging, high-quality digital content, including website content, blog posts, videos, and social media updates. Collaborate with content creators and designers to ensure consistency with brand messaging.

SEO & SEM: Optimize the company website and other digital properties for search engines to improve visibility and organic search rankings. Manage PPC campaigns to maximize ROI and drive targeted traffic.

Social Media Management: Develop and manage the company's social media strategy. Create engaging content, manage posts, and respond to followers to build a strong online community and increase brand loyalty.

Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement based on data analysis.

Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals. Foster a collaborative environment and ensure the team is aligned with the company's strategic objectives.

Partnership & Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer service, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives. Collaborate with external agencies and vendors when necessary.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns.

-Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, AdWords, SEO t ools, CRM software, social media platforms, and email marketing tools.

- Experience in managing and optimizing PPC, display, and social media advertising campaigns.

- Solid understanding of web analytics and performance metrics, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and presentations.

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

- Experience in team management and leadership, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.

- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in B2B and B2C marketing environments.

- Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or similar.

- Certifications in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, or digital marketing courses are a plus.

- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably in the technology or e-commerce sector.
