- Position Overview:-

The - Digital Marketing Manager- will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand presence, generate quality leads, and optimize marketing ROI.

This role requires a data-driven marketer with expertise in - SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email campaigns, and marketing automation.

- The ideal candidate must have experience in marketing - B2B technology solutions, SaaS, or ERP software.-

- Key Responsibilities:-

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies- to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.

- SEO & SEM Management- : Optimize website content for organic search rankings and manage paid search campaigns.

- Content Marketing- : Plan and oversee the creation of blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and website content to position Focus Softnet as an industry leader.

- Social Media Strategy- : Manage and grow the company's presence on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.

- Marketing Automation- : Utilize tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot to nurture leads and streamline campaigns.

- Email Marketing- : Design and implement targeted email campaigns for lead nurturing and customer retention.

- Performance Analytics- : Track and analyze campaign performance, providing reports and actionable insights for continuous optimization.

- PPC & Paid Media Campaigns- : Oversee Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid marketing initiatives.

- Website Management- : Collaborate with the development team to ensure website performance, UI/UX improvements, and conversion optimization.

- Competitive Analysis & Market Research- : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital marketing techniques.

- Key Qualifications & Experience:-

- 5+ years of experience in - digital marketing, preferably in the ERP, SaaS, or enterprise software industry- .

- Proven experience in - SEO, PPC, content marketing, and lead generation strategies.-

- Strong proficiency in - Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital marketing tools-

- Hands-on experience with - marketing automation platforms- (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.).

- Ability to - analyze data and KPIs- to improve marketing performance.

- Excellent - copywriting and content creation skills- for digital campaigns.

- Strong knowledge of - B2B lead generation and inbound marketing- .

- Experience working with - CRM platforms like Salesforce or Zoho- is a plus.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in - Marketing, Communications, or a related field.-
