Domnic Lewis has been mandated to hire a Digital Marketing Manager for Pune location only from Fashion Industry

E-commerce Strategy :

- Develop comprehensive e-commerce plans aligned with business objectives, focusing on driving sales and revenue growth.

- Identify opportunities for expansion and optimization of e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, by leveraging new features and functionalities.

Digital Marketing Campaigns :

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC advertising, to drive traffic and sales.

- Tailor campaigns to target specific audience segments and optimize ROI.

Social Media Management :

- Oversee social media accounts, managing content creation, posting schedules, engagement strategies, and influencer partnerships.

- Monitor social media trends and audience behavior to adjust strategies and maximize performance.

E-commerce Operations :

- Ensure smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations, including order processing, inventory management, shipping logistics, and customer service.

- Collaborate with the operations team to streamline processes and ensure timely fulfillment of orders.

Performance Analysis :

- Monitor KPIs and metrics related to online sales, digital marketing campaigns, and website performance.

- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, informing strategic decisions and optimizations.

Conversion Optimization :

- Implement strategies to improve website conversion rates, user experience, and customer journey through website optimization, A/B testing, and CRO techniques.

- Continuously iterate and optimize based on data-driven insights.

Partnership Management :

- Collaborate with external partners such as e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, shipping providers, and digital marketing agencies to optimize performance and achieve business objectives.

- Foster strong relationships and explore opportunities for collaboration and growth.

Budget Management :

- Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to high-impact initiatives and maximizing ROI for digital marketing spend.

- Continuously evaluate performance and adjust budget allocations accordingly to optimize results.
