Manager - Digital Marketing (5-10 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Oversee the planning and execution of campaigns across various digital channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
- Develop engaging and high-quality content for various digital platforms.
- Manage content creation, publication, and distribution across different channels to ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Drive social media strategy, content creation, and community engagement.
- Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and implement improvements.
- Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic visibility and rankings.
- Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and implement SEO best practices.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (PPC) to drive targeted traffic.
- Monitor ad performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and report on digital marketing performance.
- Provide regular reports and insights to key stakeholders, and use data to make informed decisions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, design, and product teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with external partners and agencies when necessary.

- Utilize various digital marketing channels, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising, to generate high-quality leads.

- In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing best practices.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
