Manager - Digital Marketing (4-8 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Designing and overseeing all aspects of our digital marketing department
- Developing and monitoring campaign budgets.
- Driving relevant traffic and applicants to our pages via various channel - Paid, and organic.
- Adept at email marketing, running campaigns, optimizing CTR's
- Lead gen support for sales using various channels - Paid and Organic, utilize internal database via email campaigns and other media channels
- Planning and managing our social media presence to improve brand visibility and traffic.
- Identifying the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
- Evaluating important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas and target audiences.
- Working with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
- Overseeing and managing all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or relevant field.
- A minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing or advertising position.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices and website analytics.
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
