Manager - Digital Marketing (4-8 yrs)
1. Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
2. Design, build and maintain our social media presence
3. To manage and support on website CMS content update, testing, performance tracking, etc
4. To support the Sales Manager and HQ team on working with local agency and to develop landing pages and closely monitor traffic page and keep improving conversion rate
5. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
6. Will need to liaise with designers & developers to requirements to meet targets
7. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies and plan, execute, measure experiments and conversion tests
8. To support on analytical work, marketing channel analysis, performance tracking, etc
