Manager - Digital Marketing (4-8 yrs)
Primary Responsibilities :
Some of the primary responsibilities are below :
- Building a strong Brand language of organization centered on services and products.
- Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency.
- Manage the entire social media team.
- Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels.
- Work with brand to create and implement social media strategies monthly.
- Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company and create Excel trackers for each.
- Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube and LinkedIn
- Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others
Qualification Criteria :
Minimum Educational Qualification :
- MBA in Marketing with specialization in branding and digital marketing.
Number of Years of Experience & Required Specialized Knowledge :
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Branding and digital marketing with experience in SEO&SEM, content marketing, data analytics, with a strong hold on design-based thinking.
Required Skills :
- The candidate must be fluent in English (both vocabulary and writing), high on interpersonal skills and strategic thinking, and is required to be extremely tech savvy.
- They should have knowledge on essential tools for building company brand, while being well versed in the essential digital marketing tools.
- The candidate must also be highly organized and planned along with being solution oriented and high on creative writing.
