Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager (Performance Marketing)

Experience: 4 - 7 Years

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Locations: Bangalore

Roles and Responsibilities:

- This role focuses on developing strategies and planning Go-to-Market approaches for digital marketing in new city and country launches.

- Execution and management of all digital marketing channels with the aim of increasing the customer acquisition and retention across various channels, including Google Ads, Meta, Programmatic, and Affiliates.

- You will work closely with performance marketing agencies and with cross-functional internal teams such as business, product, data analytics, and creative to ensure that marketing efforts align with overall business goals.

- Analyze new market trends in performance marketing and regular competitors analysis to create an action plan to put them into execution

Requirements:

- 4+ years of Digital Marketing experience.

- Proven track record of managing successful campaigns across multiple channels for international countries and handling agencies.

- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills to make data driven decisions that will help to achieve targets.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment to drive both strategy and ground execution.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Deep understanding of analytics tools, insight generation and attribution models that are best aligned with the channel strategy.

- Should be currently in a role where he/she manages an internal execution team or an agency.
