Manager - Digital Marketing (3-6 yrs)
Knowledge and Skill/Qualification Requirements :
- Proven working experience (3-6 years) in digital marketing, and stakeholder management.
- Proven working experience in executing impactful projects that delivered meaningful results within the organization.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Strong technical skills in SEO and executing CRM campaigns.
- Proven experience in writing content pieces.
- Bachelors degree in marketing, engineering or related fields
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebEngage, Google Search Console, Keyword Planner).
Job Description - Lead and manage SEO end to end including keyword planning, content strategy, schema update management and policies.
- Create content specific to blogs, emails and short form written content.
- Executing marketing communications within the growth team across channels like email, SMS, push and RCS.
- Identify target audiences and devise digital campaigns that engage, and convert.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and CRM including tools and attribution.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams, leadership, agencies and other vendor partners and drive a unified plan.
