Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Overview :
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Acumont, a leading staffing company. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase conversions.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing plan that includes tactics such as email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising
- Utilize data and analytics to track and optimize campaign performance and ROI
- Collaborate with the sales and recruitment teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
- Manage the company's social media accounts and engage with followers to build brand awareness and generate leads
- Create and publish high-quality content for the company's blog and social media channels
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Manage the company's email marketing campaigns, including creating email templates and segmenting lists
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation
Qualifications :
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on B2B Marketing
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact
- Proficiency in social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform marketing strategies
