Manager - Digital Marketing (3-6 yrs)
About the role :
This incumbent will be responsible for supporting the Digital Marketing team with project organization & performing administrative tasks to ensure the functionality of marketing activities. Conducting market research and analyzing marketing surveys/campaigns etc.
Job Responsibilities :
- Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns including Google campaigns, Facebook campaigns, marketing database, email & SMS marketing, etc.
- Experienced in campaign planning, implementation and reviewing it on daily basis.
- Campaign optimization based on different parameters to generate quality leads from the target location.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Campaign analysis and reporting to plan the budget requirement.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
Education Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelors degree / Master's degree (preferably in Marketing / Digital Marketing) from a reputed institute and 3-6 years of experience in handling a similar role for a large group.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook pixel, etc. ).
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven
