Manager - Digital Marketing (3-5 yrs)

Role: Digital Marketing Manager

Work Location: Bangalore -> Dubai

Initial Location: 2-3 months in Bangalore (Till VISA Process, Work Permit for 2 Years)

Dubai: Accommodation provided by the company (VISA, Travel Expenses, Medical Expenses, Stay, Food)

Assets - laptop, phone, SIM card (provided by the company)

Qualification: any degree

Responsibilities:


- Developing annual business plans and setting goals for the department to meet those goals

- Reviewing analytics data to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and making adjustments when necessary

- Developing marketing strategy and planning for online advertising campaigns, including SEO, social media, PPC ads, and video or display ads

- Developing relationships with clients and other stakeholders in the industry to foster new business opportunities within the company

- Conducting research on new trends in technology or consumer behaviour that may affect the company's bottom line

- Working with web designers and programmers to develop new website features or overhaul existing ones

- Establishing guidelines for content creation to ensure that all materials are consistent with the brand image

- Managing the digital marketing budget, including staff hiring and training activities

- Monitoring the performance of digital channels to ensure that they are reaching their target audiences and generating conversions

Desired Candidate:

- Proven working experience in digital marketing

- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

- Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels

- Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends, Etc)

- Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns

- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
