Manager - Digital Marketing (3-5 yrs)

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase engagement across various online channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with experience in content creation, social media management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and analytics. Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote [Event Management Company Name] and its services, with a focus on increasing brand visibility and driving customer acquisition.

- Manage the company's social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) to engage with followers, share relevant content, and foster community engagement.

- Create and curate engaging content for digital channels, including blog posts, articles, videos, and graphics, to attract and retain target audiences.

- Optimize website content and structure for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility and drive traffic to the company's website.

- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote events, and maintain communication with clients and prospects.

- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics across digital channels, using data insights to inform decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.

- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing, and recommend innovative approaches to enhance the company's online presence.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, design, and event management, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives and campaign initiatives.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

- Proven track record of success in digital marketing, with a minimum of [X] years of experience in a similar role, -preferably in the events industry.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques, including content marketing, social media management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and analytics.
