Manager - Digital Marketing (3-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Designs build and maintain our social media presence.
- Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our website, marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
- Brand building: Plan and coordinate event marketing activities, build industry-wide presence, webinars, press releases, targeted marketing campaigns, and promotion over LinkedIn / other social media platforms.
- Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used.
- Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- A good understanding of Earned media (SEO, SMM etc) would be an advantage.
- Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spending and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Plans execute, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
- Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
- Monitor key online marketing metrics to track the success
- Evaluate emerging technologies.
- Ensure that the brand message is consistent
- Developing strategies to increase the number of visitors to a website by getting high-ranking placements in search results
