Manager - Digital Marketing (3-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team of lead generation specialists.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and regular feedback to team members.
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals.
- Continuously evaluate and improve lead generation methodologies.
- Monitor team performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training to team members on lead generation techniques and tools.
- Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation efforts with marketing campaigns.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Proven experience in lead generation, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum Graduate or Post Graduate.
- Should be a self-motivated, independent, detail-oriented, responsible team player and exhibit exceptional relationship management skills.
- Experienced in International Sales, Marketing, Global Market and Financial Services will be preferred.
