Manager - Digital Marketing (3-3 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to increase awareness and engagement with Art of Living's programs.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and insights, and optimise performance based on these insights.
- Oversee and manage all digital campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.
- Efficiently manage the team members assigned to your vertical
- Create and curate engaging content for various online platforms, ensuring it aligns with our brand's identity and message.
- Manage SEO and SEM efforts, including keyword research, content strategy, and link building to increase rankings on all major search networks.
- Analyse and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Collaborate with internal teams to create an integrated marketing strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar sector.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
- Experience in SEO, SEM, email marketing, performance marketing, A/B testing and social media.
- Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hot jar, Microsoft Clarity.
- Previous experience in ecommerce space is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
