Roles and Responsibilities (Along with Skills Required) :
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media, display advertising campaigns, and Affiliate
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI, CR, and other KPIs)
- Manage monthly marketing budgets and strategies to achieve targets
- Daily reporting and campaign performance tracking
- To be able to lead projects on their own.
- Strategy Development : Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Campaign Management : Plan and oversee digital advertising campaigns across various platforms.
- SEO and SEM : Optimize websites for search engines (SEO) and manage search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns.
- Content Creation : Oversee content creation, including blogs, social media posts, and email marketing.
- Analytics : Analyze digital marketing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Budget Management : Manage and allocate budgets for digital marketing activities.
- Social Media Management : Oversee social media accounts, engage with followers, and drive brand awareness.
- Email Marketing : Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a digital marketing team, if applicable.
- Stay Current : Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.
- ROI Focus : Continuously strive to improve ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and IT, to achieve marketing goals.
- Reporting : Prepare and present regular reports on digital marketing performance to senior management.
- Compliance : Ensure compliance with relevant digital marketing regulations and best practices.
- Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels.
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update the website.
- Collaborate with designers to improve user experience. Generate Revenue and leads.
