Manager - Digital Marketing (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities:
Brand Building
- Building key messaging campaigns
- Monitoring the competition and making suggestions for improvement
- Blog/Article writing experience, website front-end, building, video editing hands-on.
Lead Generation
- Running campaigns to generate sales accepted leads.
- Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
- Using persuasive email marketing strategies to create newsletters and marketing strategies.
- Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end internal & external experience across multiple channels and target audience touch points.
- Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
- Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Evaluates emerging technologies.
- Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience on digital platform
- Will be working closely with the Marketing & Business Development team to bring more leads & business.
Social Media management
- Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
- Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Creating strategy to get more tractions on social media posts.
- Knows how to create Social Media creatives, carousels using digital professional trending software.
- Inbound Marketing, PPC, off-page, on-page SEO
Research & Market Analysis
- Conducting in-depth market research to identify prospects , trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior.
- Utilizing data analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and consumer engagement.
- Performing SWOT analysis to strengthen branding and marketing initiatives.
- Gathering insights on industry best practices and ideal customer profile .
- Analyzing customer feedback and survey data to refine marketing strategies.
Collateral Building
- Working on creating case studies along with delivery and sales teams
- Brochure and sales pitches creation and updation
- Proposal writing during sales process
Website management and Analytics
- Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, Google analytics, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Educational Qualifications required:
- Bachelor's /master's or relevant degree in marketing or a related field.
- Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Experience with A/B testing and multivariate experiments
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines.
- Self-motivated, highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Excellent communication skills.
