Manager - Digital Marketing (2-4 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase brand awareness, and generate leads.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels including email, social media, PPC, SEO, and content marketing.
- Analyze data and insights to measure the performance of campaigns, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
- Develop and manage a budget for digital marketing activities, and ensure campaigns are executed within budget constraints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and design to ensure the alignment of marketing activities with business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in digital marketing, and apply them to improve campaign performance.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase brand awareness, and generate leads.
- Proficient in digital marketing channels including email, social media, PPC, SEO, and content marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data and insights to measure the performance of campaigns.
- Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
- Ability to develop and manage a budget for digital marketing activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.
