- Our client has created safe personal care products using unique formulations with nature derived and toxin free ingredients for kids and teenagers focusing on authentic, scientific and sustainable methods.
- Their mission is to create products that parents could allow their children to use, with confidence.
- All the products were subjected to the extremely stringent - Parent test'. Upon passing, they were submitted to the various international regulatory bodies for their testing and approval.
- Today, all the brand's products are Australian Certified Toxic-Free and Allergy Certified by SCA, a safe and unbiased authority that certifies a product only when it passes its strict guidelines.
- Our client believes in giving back! They want to be a purpose led brand and leave safer planet for the future generation. All their packaging is completely recyclable. The team has also tied up with a large recycling plant to remove a ton of plastic from the environment every month.
Responsibilities :
- Design, drive implementation and monitor all aspects of the digital marketing strategy for our client's D2C business
- Keep a track of the performances in all the marketing areas and thus discover any hindrances to strategies.
- Demonstrate superior technical expertise and organizational capabilities in project and campaign management.
- Closely work with the strategy and product teams to be at a similar pace to improve marketing and campaign performance.
- Drive campaigns from planning to execution and beyond to meet key performance metrics.
- Manage all key digital marketing channels - social media, website, brand advertising, performance advertising, SEO, emailers, and digital PR
- Manage the D2C website and constantly work to optimize and improve conversion rates
- Work with the SEO agency and drive the execution of the SEO strategy
- Work with the agency to optimize performance marketing campaigns and improve D2C revenue and ROAS
- Manage social media channels and platforms, drive engagement and build the community
- Allocate budgets and analyze and recommend modifications to ad spends
Experience :
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably with B2C companies). D2C experience would be an added advantage.
- Experience in working with various digital marketing channels and platforms, particularly with SEO, Meta ads and Google ads
Skills :
Analytical Skills : should be able to analyze the overall marketing performance
Strategic Skills : SEO/SEM/ Online Marketing, Aware about marketing Database, Display Advertising Campaigns, Maintaining social media presence
Technical Skills : MS Excel, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, PPC, email/SMS/affiliate marketing, PPC and hands on experience with any performance and social platform
