Job Description:
- Proven success in selling a range of Pharma IT services, including EBMR, LIMS, and QMS, along with cloud infrastructure or business analytics or enterprise solutions, and/or cybersecurity, to medium and large pharma manufacturers and/or OEMs.
- Proven expertise in securing and managing medium to large deals, ensuring eQective customer relationship management and high satisfaction levels.
- Vigilant monitoring of customer, market, and competitor activities, providing valuable feedback to the company's leadership team and various functional units.
- Collaborate with presales and solution teams to comprehend and address client requirements, contributing to successful project outcomes.
- Strategic partnership development with the marketing function to establish impactful support, channel, and partner programs.
- Key driver in managing critical customer relationships and actively participating in closing strategic opportunities.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, combined with a compelling drive, enabling eQective persuasion and inspiration of the sales team.
- Proven track record in establishing new accounts, expanding business across the
organization, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. - Proficient in consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets.
Education Qualification: MBA (sales/Marketing) / BTech / Pharma. Master's Degree must.
