Manager - Digital & Growth Marketing - Education (3-4 yrs)

Children going to English medium schools fall behind academically because they are expected to learn, read and speak in a language that is alien to them and their surroundings - English. In India itself an estimated 89% of 260 million children read below grade level.We solve that problem by giving them an affordable, research based, scientifically
designed and intuitive in-school reading programs which are systematic, contextual and age-appropriate, currently impacting more than 100,000 children across 15 cities.The team believes that by helping children to 'Learn to Read' in elementary years, they enable them to 'Read to Learn' during formal education and eventually 'Read to Lead' in
their chosen path, aiding them in finding their place in the world.
Position Purpose & Key Responsibilities:
- Drive digital roadmap for the brand: Establish a strategic direction for the brand and ensure the underlying digital capability to execute best in class digital campaigns and support the digital ambitions of the brand.
- Responsible for driving lead generation and digital sales via online channels through targeted marketing
- Execute digital marketing via Google Adwords / Facebook Advertising
- Build and improve SEO capabilities for organic search increase
- ASO for our applications listed on both Android / iOS stores
- Monitor and optimize paid campaigns for new product launches, offers and other large scale promotions
Creating a Nation of Readers :
- Focus on user acquisition & engagement via internal & external media channels
- Proficient with Analytics, Customer Segmentation and Marketing Automation processes & tools
Required Qualification & Skills:
- Passion for making an impact in the education space
- Hands on experience with using digital marketing & growth marketing /automation tools and services
- Strategic Design thinker
- Prior experience with digital marketing is key
- Good writing, language and editing skills
- Interpersonal skills & Communication Skills
- Results driven with strong learning skills
