Manager - Digital Campaign - eCommerce (5-12 yrs)

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Strategize, Plan and Execute new user acquisition across paid and unpaid channels.
- Own end to end execution of one acquisition channel, coordinating with external and internal stakeholders.
- Optimize campaigns based on CPI.
- Lead new experiments/projects for growing the user base for Organization.
- Continually manage and optimize processes for meeting KPIs.
- Analyze campaigns and in-app user behavior through analytics tools such as Appsflyer, Adjust, Amplitude, Firebase etc.
- Make analytics and data driven decisions to optimize campaigns to achieve objectives.
- Run multiple A/B and/or Multivariate tests on campaigns and monitor and track the results of the same.
- Maintain internal campaign dashboards to track daily performance.
- Share weekly performance reports with all teams along with analysis of past performance and strategy going forward.
- Work with the respective account managers on overall account strategy.
- Managing organic and inorganic (Facebook Ad, UAC, etc) funnels of growth.
- Ensuring cost effective user acquisition combined with better retention.
