Manager - Digital Brand Design - Advertising Agency (5-7 yrs)
- Bridge the gap between my clients business objective and design.
- Translate the clients requirement into a creative brief for the design team and help them create a futuristic design by critically evaluating the delivery as per industry standards and to make the work stand out effectively across digital interfaces.
- Actively participate in developing brand design strategy with the brand team and deliver experiential brand designs to the client.
- Understand the client problem statement and translate it into a brand brief for the design team.
- Responsible for all stages of design and for thinking strategically about the Brand Voice and User Needs, to help the team arrive at design solutions that help create a seamless brand experience.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop desirable user experience from concept to reality across multiple media and platforms.
- Have a creative eye for Brand Identity, Packaging, UI/UX, and interaction design, and its translation across different platforms.
- Should have delivered designs for digital interfaces end-to-end, leading the complete design process right from brainstorming to client delivery.
Requirements :
- Must have a formal Design Management/related degree from a reputed institute such as Shrishti, NID, NIFT, MIT, Welingkar etc.
- Have 5-7 years of experience as a Design Executive/ Manager at premier design studios.
- Have excellent design thinking capability across digital interfaces and have a good eye for brand design and applications.
- Have prior experience of delivering end to end UI/UX, interaction design or any other digital design project(s).
- Have the ability to solve complex design and communication issues, with expertise in user-centred design principles, latest digital design, and interaction design trends.
- Experienced in working collaboratively with customers, along with cross-functional teams including brand planning, user research, experience design, and graphics.
