Job Title : Digital Ad Sales Manager
Experience : Min 4 Years
Location : Noida & Bangalore
Salary : Upto 14 LPA
Job Responsibility :
- Ability to effectively pitch Company offerings in AdTech space among Brands / Advertisers (app companies) and Digital Media Agencies at multiple levels.
- Build and maintain client relationships with both new and existing clients and provide solutions with effective customer satisfaction & business upsell
- Identify and build active sales pipeline to work upon and convert them to achieve a quarterly /Half yearly sales target.
- Meet & Exceed Sales / Revenue Target (Quarterly and Half-Yearly)
- Work closely with cross functional teams and use collaborative problem-solving skills.
Skill Required :
- Minimum 4 years of relevant Sales experience in Digital Ad / AdTech space.
- Self-starter with ability to develop/suggest on the spot customized solutions and bag orders.
- Prior earned strong network / contacts among Advertisers (app companies) / Digital Media Agencies
- Knowledge of Mobile App Campaigns Ecosystem (CPI /CPR/ CPT/ CPL/CPC etc)
- Excellent English Communications skills - written & verbal.
- Should be having post-graduation degree or diploma in marketing management
- Having good connections or contacts across major advertising agencies like GroupM, Publicis, Madison, OMD, Mediacom, Dentsu etc.
- Must have understanding of digital ad tech products, process and pricing
- Outstanding Communication, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skill
- Good team player and self-motivated.
