Job description :
1. Developing dealer/distributor market. Negotiate contracts with vendors and distributors to manage product distribution, establishing distribution networks and developing distribution strategies.
2. Take approvals with consultants and those related to a project enquiry.
3. Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information.
4. Expand, develop marketing platforms and implement marketing plans to improve market penetration.
5. Conduct seminars/contractor/wireman meets.
6. Monitor industry best practices.
7. Striking project sales till receipt of C form and payments.
8. Grooming the juniors.
Education and Experience :
- Technical marketing skills.
- Should be have a rapport in the retail, Project segment.
- Proven experience in wires /Cables.
- Relevant product and industry knowledge.
- Experience with relevant software applications.
