Job brief :

We are seeking a highly motivated and competitive Travel Insurance Sales person to join our team and drive the expansion of our business. Primary responsibility will be to proactively seek out and acquire new clients, understanding their specific travel insurance needs and offering tailored solutions. By building strong relationships, aim will be to facilitate business growth and enhance NBHI business share and reputation in the market. This will play crucial role in promoting our travel insurance products and services in the region. This will involve engaging with potential clients, showcasing the benefits of the product and offerings and effectively closing sales. Additionally, would expect actively contributing to our marketing efforts and stay updated on industry trends and competition.

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

- Acquiring new partners/partnership for travel insurance business resulting revenue

- Achieving and exceeding the sale targets as assigned

- Contacting potential clients and creating rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc.

- Visiting and maintaining relationship with existing partners and responsible to enhance the business from existing partners.

- Design and implement effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance contracts or adjust existing ones.

- Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc.

- Keep abreast on the market requirement and competition and timely update to the stake holders.

- Preparing reports, MIS, Presentations and sharing with the stake holders time to time

- Retain continuous awareness of transactions, sales and terms and keep relative records

Key Requirements :


Experience & Skills :


- Proven experience in a similar capacity handling and managing travel insurance business

- Dedicated and Self Driven Approach

- Good knowledge of the market and relevant partners

- Ability to work with computers and understand and interpret standard statistical findings

- Goal-oriented

- Excellent skills in communication and presentation

- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationship
